CLEVELAND — The price tag for monthly subscriptions can add up, whether it’s streaming services, clothing rental or boxes of items delivered to your door.
A lot of people thought chord cutting (getting rid of cable) would save them money, for example, but lately it seems like cable has been replaced by a bundle of different online ways to watch content, that ends up costing us more money in the long run.
If you want help figuring out exactly how much you’re spending on these kinds of things, you may want to download an app called “Subscription Manager,” available for Apple products.
This app includes a list of common subscription services, plus you can add your own if you don’t see one that you use in there. You simply enter the amount you pay for each service and it adds up the total for you to let you know the grand total of much you’re shelling out.
