Medina County officials cancel Missing Adult Alert for missing 71-year-old woman

MEDINA COUNTY, Ohio — An Endangered Missing Adult Alert has been canceled in Medina County as of Thursday, June 16 at 4:20 p.m.

The Medina County Sheriff's Office issued the alert after 71-year-old Patricia Zabrasky went missing on Wednesday, June 15, at 6:21 p.m. 

Authorities said she drove away from her home and did not return.

Law enforcement was concerned for her safety since she suffers from dementia.
Zabrasky was last seen in Medina County on State Road in Wadsworth, Ohio. 

She is described as 5'9" tall and weighs 130 pounds. She has gray hair and blue eyes. 

The vehicle involved in the case is a 2009 red Hyundai Elantra with an Ohio license plate number of EJ192D. The vehicle in the photo is not the actual vehicle.

Anyone who sees the vehicle or missing woman is urged to call 911. Individuals who call 1-888-637-1113 or 911 will be transferred to an investigating law enforcement agency.
