Festivals and Fairs

Made in Ohio Art & Craft Festival

When: September 2 - 4

Where: Hale Farm & Village, 2686 Oak Hill Rd, Bath

Features Ohio artisans, local food and all that Hale Farm & Village has to offer! Our vendors include jewelry artists, potters, carvers, glass artists, soap and lotion makers, quilters and a variety of unique crafters. You will be amazed at the variety of the vendors and the one-of-a-kind finds! In addition, we have a variety of food vendors and local wines and beers. These three days are all about Ohio! Let's celebrate our incredible state! 

Akron 2022 Labor of Love 5K, 10K, and 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk

When: September 5

Where: 3800 Massillon Road, Uniontown, OH, 44685 

Join the Green Family YMCA for their annual Labor of Love run/walk, sponsored by ACME FRESH MARKET. The 5K/10K and 1 M event is now part of the Green Great Eight Race Series and is community-focused, fun-filled and open to all levels of runners and walkers.

Akron Pizza Fest

When: September 2nd - 4th 

Where: Lock 3, 200 S. Main St., Akron, OH 44308 

A 3-day Food and Music Festival featuring pizza parlors from all over the Akron area. Each Pizza vendor will be selling individual slices and whole pies giving attendee's the unique opportunity to try several different places.

Barberton Labor Day BBQ and Music Festival

When: September 2-5

Barbeque vendors, music, fishing derby, kids programs and more!  

A fireworks on Saturday September 3rd.

Cleveland Guardians Baseball

When: September 2 - 4

Where: Progressive Field

The 1st place Cleveland Guardians open a three game set against the Seattle Mariners Friday night! The Guards are trying to pack the house and will be offering cheap tickets to get into the game for a weekend series with huge playoff implications! Cleveland Oktoberfest

When: September 2-5 and 9-10 

Where: Berea Fairgrounds

Wiener Dog Races, 5k Bier Run, authentic homemade German food and the famous Cleveland Glockenspiel.

A fireworks display will take place on Sunday September 4th.

Geauga County Fair

When: Wednesday, August 31 - Monday, Sept. 5.  

Where: 14373 N Cheshire St, Burton, OH 44021 

Ohio's oldest fair will feature rides, food, commercial vendors, over 5,000 animal exhibits, 15,000 static exhibits as well as live music and shows.

Stow Summer Sunset Blast 2022

When: September 3-4

Where: Silver Springs Park, 5238 Young Rd., Stow, OH 44224 

Fireworks, Beer, kids activities, festival food and more! Join the community for Stow’s end of Summer celebration event. Complete with the best fireworks show in the area.

Parma Ukrainian Fall Festival

When: September 3rd - 4th 

Where: St. Andrews Ukranian Catholic Church, 7700 Hoertz Rd., Parma, OH 44134 

Enjoy traditional Ukrainian food, Ukrainian beer, and delicious homemade tortes. Guests can shop at the many vendor tables and the Ukrainian Treasures Table is usually a great place to pick up Ukrainian trinkets, clothing, and artwork.  

In the evening, guests can enjoy a Ukrainian band and dance the night away. Children’s activities and a Raffle round out the fun at this family-friendly event.

Cleveland National Air Show

When: September 3-5 from 9:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. each day of the event
