Ohio will vote on legalizing marijuana in November. Plus, former Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson’s great-grandson has pleaded guilty to murder, while a Hudson teacher has pleaded not guilty to criminal trespassing and inducing panic related to an alleged incident that happened on school property. 

Meanwhile, in Cleveland an 18-year-old has pleaded not guilty to shooting an officer who was chasing a stolen Kia. We know more details now about a statewide effort to stop violent crime in Cleveland, along with what Cleveland City Council is saying about paying for repairs to Cleveland Browns stadium.
