HUDSON, Ohio — A Hudson City School District teacher was arrested for the second time this week after trespassing onto school property on Friday.
Police say that 34-year-old Anthony Schupp was apprehended in the high school parking lot prior to the start of the school day on Friday. Officials confirmed that Schupp was never inside the school building. Schupp was charged again on Friday with inducing panic and criminal trespassing.
The arrest marks his second this week, as Schupp was arrested at his home after allegedly trespassing onto Hudson High School property after being placed on administrative leave. Schupp was charged with criminal trespassing and inducing panic after the incident.
Schupp pleaded not guilty to the charges on Thursday, where a judge set a $2,500 bond for him as well as a no-contact order with Hudson City Schools. His bond was revoked on Friday.
A complaint filed in Stow Municipal Court alleges that Schupp caused panic and alarm after he left his truck at the school on Thursday and tried to gain entry into the building.
According to Hudson High School's website, Schupp teaches business classes at the school and graduated from the University of Akron.
A pre-trial court hearing for Schupp is scheduled for Sept. 19 at 8:30 a.m.
