CLEVELAND — Although nobody hit the $785 million jackpot in the Mega Millions lottery drawing for Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2023, there were still plenty of people who won smaller prizes throughout Ohio.
The Ohio Lottery says there were thousands of different winning tickets sold in the state with varying prizes as listed below…
- $40,000 prize: 1 winner
- $10,000 prize: 2 winners
- $2,000 prize: 13 winners
- $800 prize: 35 winners
- $500 prize: 39 winners
- $200 prize: 103 winners
- $40 prize: 1,698 winners
- $16 prize: 6,071 winners
- $10 prize: 5,040 winners
- $8 prize: 14,708 winners
- $4 prize: 18,336 winners
- $2 prize: 44,949 winners
The winning numbers in the Tuesday night drawing are 25, 29, 33, 41, 44 and Mega Ball 18. The Megaplier was 4x.
The Mega Millions jackpot now grows to an estimated $940 million, which features a cash option worth $483.5 million. The next drawing will take place on Friday, Jan. 6 at 11 p.m.
Mega Millions lottery officials say the odds of hitting the jackpot are one in 302,575,350. The odds of hitting a $1 million winning ticket are listed at one in 12,607,306.
