Winning lottery ticket worth $100,000 sold in Northeast Ohio: See where the ticket was purchased

MANSFIELD, Ohio — One lucky winner in Northeast Ohio has won a $100,000 prize in the Ohio Lottery scratch-off game Mega Multiplier.

The Ohio Lottery says the winner purchased the ticket at the Marion Drive Thru and Besta Fasta Pizza in Mansfield which is located at 289 Marion Avenue.

"After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, the winner will take home approximately $72,000," according to the Ohio Lottery. 

The winner's name was not released. 

Mega Multiplier is a $10 scratch-off game. The Ohio Lottery says the following prizes are still remaining as of Tuesday, July 30: 

  • $500,000 prize: 2 remaining 
  • $100,000 prize: 5 remaining 
  • $50,000 prize: 8 remaining 
  • $10,000 prize: 7 remaining 
  • $5,000 prize: 9 remaining 
  • $1,000 prize: 12 remaining 
  • $500 prize: 1,424 remaining 
  • $100 prize: 3,329 remaining 
  • $50 prize: 40,843 remaining 
  • $25 prize: 68,037 remaining 
  • $20 prize: 408,966 remaining

The overall odds of winning a prize in Mega Multiplier are 1 in 3.91.
