TOLEDO, Ohio — One lucky winner hit the top prize worth $500,000 in the Ohio Lottery scratch-off game known as Mega Multiplier.
The Ohio Lottery says the winner purchased the ticket at Prompt Stop, which is located at 9066 Dorr Street in Toledo.
“After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, the winner will take home approximately $360,000,” according to the Ohio Lottery.
The winner's name was not released.
The Mega Multiplier is a $10 scratch-off game. The Ohio Lottery says the following prizes are still remaining as of Friday, June 21:
- $500,000 prize: 2 remaining
- $100,000 prize: 6 remaining
- $50,000 prize: 8 remaining
- $10,000 prize: 8 remaining
- $5,000 prize: 10 remaining
- $1,000 prize: 13 remaining
- $500 prize: 1,628 remaining
- $100 prize: 3,806 remaining
- $50 prize: 46,196 remaining
- $25 prize: 76,871 remaining
- $20 prize: 462,031 remaining
The overall odds of winning a prize in the Mega Multiplier game are listed at 1 in 3.91.
