Cleveland Cavaliers rally from 20-point deficit, beat Indiana Pacers 98-85

The Cavs completed the comeback shortly after acquiring wingman Caris LeVert from Indy.

CLEVELAND — Cedi Osman scored 22 points and Kevin Love had 19 as the Cleveland Cavaliers rallied from 20 down to beat Indiana 98-85 Sunday evening, shortly after agreeing to acquire shooting guard Caris LeVert from the Pacers.

Osman and Love combined to score the first 19 points in the fourth quarter, completing a 25-3 run that gave the Cavs (33-21) an 80-68 lead. Osman finished with 18 in the period, while Love had nine points and drew two charging fouls on Pacers rookie Chris Duarte.

Indy collapsed after shooting just 32% from the field in the second half, compared to 60% for Cleveland. Duarte led the Pacers (19-36) with 22 points.

LeVert, who is averaging 18.7 points and 4.4 assists per game, will be acquired for injured guard Ricky Rubio as well as multiple future draft picks. The 27-year-old Ohio native was at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse Sunday, but did not suit up.

The Cavaliers have won three of their last four despite not having All-Star Darius Garland for any of those contests. Now just a game out of first place in the Eastern Conference, they'll host the San Antonio Spurs Wednesday night.
