CLEVELAND — Last month it was revealed that Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett would be featured in ESPN The Magazine's annual 'Body Issue.'

The final product is now here.

On Wednesday, ESPN The Magazine released the online edition of what's become one of its most popular issues. In doing so, it shared a behind the scenes look at Garrett's photoshoot, which took place in Joshua Tree, California.

Baring all for the cameras, the Pro Bowl defensive end didn't leave much to the imagination. Garrett's photoshoot was shot by photographer Peggy Sirota with Eric Lutzens providing the shots for the behind the scenes look.

In an interview with ESPN The Magazine that will accompany his photoshoot, Garrett discussed his approach to his physical appearance, as well as dieting and exercise.

"I'm always striving for more and I always want to look like a Grecian God," the 2017 No. 1 pick said. "I want to be at my best physical appearance just to know that I'm using all my God-given abilities. If you don't want to look like that, whatever is comfortable for you, whatever makes you happy, I say do it. Life's short. If you want to eat cake, if you want to eat Cinnabon, if you want to eat pizza, I'm there with you. I'll sit down there and eat with you. "

Garrett also revealed which teammates he expects to get the biggest reaction from when the Body Issue hits newsstands on Friday.

"Whew, you already know," Garrett said. "The loudest mouth of them all. It's hard to say, now we have another one. So, it's either going to be Baker [Mayfield] or Odell [Beckham Jr.] because they both love being all in your face."

After tallying 13.5 sacks, 12 tackles for loss and 29 quarterback hits in 2018, Garrett will look to build on his breakout season beginning on Sunday when the Browns host the Tennessee Titans in their 2019 season opener.
