PARIS, France — Akron native and former Cleveland Cavaliers player LeBron James is back in the Summer Games.
James, arguably the greatest basketball player, will compete in the 2024 Paris Summer Olympics as a member of the USA Basketball Men's National Team.
This year's Olympic Games mark the fourth for James as he played in Athens (2004), Beijing (2008) and London (2012).
At 39 years old, James is also making history, becoming the first U.S. men's basketball player to compete in the Olympics in three different decades.
In addition, James carried the flag for Team USA during the Opening Ceremony on July 26.
