CLEVELAND — All clear.
Drivers can now access I-90 East through Dead Man's Curve in downtown Cleveland after a crash early Thursday morning closed the roadway at Lakeside Avenue for several hours.
ODOT confirmed the roadway reopened shortly before 7 a.m., which came several hours after the closure began around 3 a.m.
ODOT Cleveland had previously provided an update on Twitter at 5:44 a.m. to alert drivers that all traffic from I-90 East was being detoured to Lakeside Avenue.
"Expect backups during this morning's commute," they tweeted. "Please avoid the area."
No additional details of the crash were immediately available, but stay with 3News as we will update this story if more information is released.
