AKRON, Ohio — We have an update on the early morning traffic alert for drivers in Summit County as ODOT's interactive map shows I-76 East / I-77 South has reopened after a crash near state Route 59.
This closure was impacting drivers traveling eastbound just past the northern end of the Kenmore Leg in Akron.
Details of the crash were not immediately available.
This issue comes after tough travel conditions throughout Northeast Ohio on Tuesday, which resulted in multiple crashes and road closures.
