EUCLID, Ohio — Editor's Note: The above, unrelated story aired on April 8, 2021
An accident involving a commercial truck caused some traffic issues in Euclid on Friday.
According to the Euclid Police Department, due to an accident and cargo spill, the southbound traffic lane at the E 200th Street and St. Clair railroad underpass were closed for several hours while cleanup took place.
Police say the liquid is not toxic and does not pose any danger to the public.
As an alternate route, motorists were asked to avoid the area and use the E 222nd Street underpass instead.
