Weather Impact Alert: Strong to severe storms possible in Northeast Ohio Tuesday

Watching rain and storms that develop through the afternoon

CLEVELAND — There is plenty of heat and humidity in place as a cold front approaches. This will trigger the potential for showers and storms to develop this afternoon. Some of those could be strong to severe.

Here are the details of our Weather Impact ALERT for Tuesday:

When: Thru 7 p.m.

Impact: Storms that develop could produce damaging winds, hail, heavy rain, and even as isolated tornado.

Need: Be weather aware, especially if you plan to be outside or driving. Have a way to get any warnings that are issued and keep an eye on the radar. Have a back up for any outdoor plans.
