CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Division of Police is investigating the discovery of a body underneath a mattress on the city's west side.
According to reports, members of the Cleveland Division of Fire were called to the area of West 41st Street and Train Avenue early Tuesday morning for a report of a vehicle on fire. Once firefighters got to the scene, they discovered a mattress on fire and extinguished the flames. Underneath the mattress was a body of a man, who was later pronounced dead at the scene.
Members of the Homicide Unit and Cleveland Fire Arson responded to the scene for investigation.
No arrests have been made.
The victim has not yet been identified.
