CLEVELAND — Update: Aug. 14, 2022, 9:24 a.m.:
Crime Stoppers of Cuyahoga County confirmed that Tyrese Acoff was taken into custody on Saturday, Aug. 13. He was found at a residence in medina by the Cleveland Police Department Sex Crimes, NICE and Fourth District Violent Crime Reduction Task Force units.

Crime Stoppers of Cuyahoga County is offering a monetary reward for help from the public that leads to the arrest of a wanted suspect.
29-year-old Acoff is wanted after allegedly raping a 12-year-old girl on Aug. 11. Acoff is also wanted after failing to register as a Tier 2 sex offender.
When Cleveland Police responded to the call for the alleged rape of a 12-year-old, Acoff was on the scene but fled on foot.
Acoff frequently spends time around East 121st Street, Kinsman Road and on the Northeast side of Cleveland.

Calls remain anonymous, and a reward of up to $2,500 is available for information leading to Acoff's arrest.
