MANSFIELD, Ohio — Mansfield police are asking for the public’s help in finding the suspects involved in a shooting that left one person dead and three others hurt early Sunday morning.
Police say it was around 2:24 a.m. when officers responded to the area of 151 Blymyer Avenue in reference to a ShotSpotter activation.
“Officers arrived in the area and located four gunshot victims outside of a home,” according to a press release from Mansfield police. “One victim was found to be deceased. The other three victims made their way to a local hospital.”
Mansfield police say the suspects fled the scene in a dark-colored vehicle. Police did not provide the number of suspects believed to be involved.
