Two of the conflicts saw at least three victims struck by gunfire. A pair of suspects were also injured.

CLEVELAND — Police have opened multiple investigations following a bloody weekend in the city of Cleveland, with 10 separate shooting incidents leaving two people dead and 13 others hurt between Friday and Sunday.

Two of the conflicts saw at least three victims struck by gunfire, including one at a Cudell house party that left an 18-year-old man dead and two other teens badly injured early Saturday morning. The 19-year-old male suspect was also shot in the shoulder.

Just after 10 p.m. Saturday night, three more people were shot while inside a home on the 13900 block of Edgewood Avenue in the Corlett neighborhood. A 15-year-old boy was among those hurt and all victims went to Cleveland Clinic South Point Hospital in Warrensville Heights via private automobile, where their exact conditions are unknown at this time.

Back in Cudell, 41-year-old Euclid native Darius T. Wiliford died Sunday afternoon after being shot inside his car, which later crashed into a pole. Witnesses reported seeing both Wiliford and another vehicle racing along the street before gunshots rang out, but no suspects have been named.

In addition, two men were injured following a car crash near East 176th Street and St. Clair Avenue early Saturday morning, with one 28-year-old driver in critical condition after his vehicle was split in half. Another rollover crash near East 75th Street and Aetna Road that afternoon left a woman with a possible spinal fracture and a small child with minor injuries, and there were also at least four suspected fatal overdoses.
