CLEVELAND — Four people -- including two Cleveland police officers -- were taken to the hospital early Tuesday morning with minor injuries following a crash at the intersection of East 79th Street and Bessemer Avenue.
Cleveland police say it was around 2 a.m. when the crash took place, resulting in the non-police vehicle colliding with a nearby building.
Two officers in the police vehicle and two from the other vehicle were all treated and released. The driver of the non-police vehicle was not hurt.
Police say the building struck in the crash does not appear to be structurally unstable, but it's being assessed by the Department of Building and Housing for final determination.
No additional details were provided.
EDITOR'S NOTE: Cleveland EMS had initially reported the crash took place on East 79th Street at Kinsman Road.
