CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Division of Police have announced the passing of Cleveland Police Department Patrol Officer Clayton Ellenberger, age 38.
Ellenberger passed away suddenly on Wednesday, August 31. He had been with the department for the last four years.
Ellenberger was a former U.S. Marine who served for four years including two tours in Iraq.
Clayton's Memorial Service will be held at Cuyahoga Valley Church, 5055 East Wallings Rd., Broadview Hts., Ohio on Saturday, September 10, 2022 at 11:00 am with Police and Military Honors. A Memorial Gathering will immediately follow the service until 4:00 pm.
