CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Division of Police is asking for the public's help in identifying a man who was captured on camera on the scene of a teen boy's murder.
Police say 16-year-old Arthur McKeller was shot and killed just before 4:30 p.m. on July 27. Officers found him with gunshot wounds in the 1700 block of Clark Avenue. He was taken to MetroHealth, where he was pronounced dead.
Investigators say Arthur and a friend were sitting at a home in the 3100 block of Scranton Road, when a person they didn't know started shooting at them.
The two ran from the scene before Arthur collapsed on Clark Avenue.
While police have not identified a suspect, they are looking to find the man featured in the photos below. Investigators say he could have witnessed the shooting.
