CLEVELAND — At some point during the last four months, all of us have felt the stress of the COVID-19 pandemic in our lives. Whether it's been due to a family member or a friend who has come down with the virus, social distancing, or isolation, the anxiety is real.
And according to WalletHub, that anxiety from COVID-19 is just one of the reasons why Cleveland has found itself atop the list of 2020's Most Stressed Cities in America.
WalletHub compared more than 180 cities across four key dimensions using 42 key metrics. Cleveland ranked #1 for the most financial stress, #3 for health & safety stress, and #4 in family stress. Cleveland was also found to have the highest rate of divorce and the second highest poverty rate in the country.
