CLEVELAND — One person has died after an overnight shooting in the 6900 block of Morgan Avenue in Cleveland.
Not many details are known at this time, but EMS confirms to 3News that a 21-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office has since identified the victim as Kortez Efford.
