CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Division of Police is asking for the public's help in locating 16-year-old Zechariah Hauser, who has been missing since last week.
According to reports, Hauser left his foster home in Cleveland Heights due to problems with his foster parents on March 25. He went to Jane Edna Hunter Social Services on Euclid Avenue in Cleveland to be placed into a new home and was taken by his social worker to the hospital for a check-up.
Zechariah told the social worker he wanted to be placed with a family member. When told that was not possible, he ran away from Jane Edna at about 11:15 p.m. on March 29.
Zechariah Hauser is described as standing 5'6", weighing 145 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie and jeans.
