Viewer video: Car catches fire in Beachwood

When firefighters arrived, everyone was safely out of the car.

BEACHWOOD, Ohio — No one was injured after a car burst into flames in Beachwood on Wednesday afternoon. 

Beachwood fire officials say they were called to the intersection of Richmond Road and Fairmount Blvd. at around 4:05 P.M. for a car that caught on fire.

When firefighters arrived, everyone was safely out of the vehicle.

 A viewer in the area sent us the above video as the fire unfolded.

Beachwood police were also on scene for traffic control.
