MENTOR, Ohio — Two drivers are recovering in the hospital this afternoon after a three-car collision that closed the intersection of Center Street and Tyler Blvd.
According to a press release, the accident happened shortly after 7:00 a.m., when a box truck ran through the intersection, striking two cars and a light pole. The driver of box truck, a 35-year-old man, was ejected from the truck when it hit the pole.
He and one other driver, a 51-year-old man, were taken to separate hospitals and are now both in stable condition.
The third driver wasn't hurt.
