NEW FRANKLIN, Ohio — The New Franklin Police Department is looking for a 90-year-old man who was reported missing on Thursday morning.
According to a Facebook post from the police department, Joseph Latona left his home at 9 p.m. on Wednesday and has not returned. Mr. Latona's residence is close to the Portage Lakes State Park on Manchester Road.
Mr. Latona is described as 5-foot-8 and 140 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. The only description of his most recent clothing is a pair of blue jeans.
Anybody who is able to contact or find Mr. Latona is asked to contact the New Franklin Police at 330-882-3281. The Portage Lakes State Park is currently closed as law enforcement and other agencies engage in a search.
