CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio โ Just days after becoming the first brothers to compete against each other in the Super Bowl, Travis and Jason Kelce recounted some of their favorite memories from the week leading up to the big game.
On Wednesday, the Kelce Brothers released a new episode of their "New Heights" podcast, in which they discussed their appreciation for their hometown of Cleveland Heights.
"You represented the Heights real well, brother," laughed Travis on the podcast about Jason's pre-game outfit.
Jason, the Philadelphia Eagles' center, revealed the inspiration behind his pre-game fit. He decided to wear a Cleveland Heights shirt after receiving texts throughout the week from coaches Mike Jones and Damion Creel, as well as seeing Cleveland Heights High School and Terminal Tower lit up downtown.
โIt was such a great moment for our hometown that it only felt right to rep the Heights going into the Super Bowl," exclaimed Jason. "I was going to wear one of my Foundation shirts, but I was like, 'it just feels like I need to represent.'"

Leading up to the Super Bowl, Cleveland Heights High School, as well as the city, honored the Kelce Brothers in a number of ways.
Travis, the star tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs, also expressed his gratitude for Northeast Ohio on the podcast following his team's Super Bowl victory.
โThe Heights was definitely in attendance. There were probably about, I would say, 20-30 members from the Heights that were at the Super Bowl. We love you guys. Man, It was so cool to see the city feel like they had a team or a dog in the fight on both squads. It made my freaking day."
