CLEVELAND — The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the National Shooting Sports Foundation -- the trade association for the firearms industry -- have announced a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading the arrest and conviction of the people responsible for the burglary of Atlantic Gun and Tackle located at 5425 Northfield Road, Bedford Heights.
Authorities say that early in the morning on Friday, November 12, 2021, several unknown suspects drove a vehicle into the front of the gun store, entered the store and stole seven firearms.
The incident is being investigated by ATF and Bedford Heights Police. Anyone with information is asked to call ATF at 1-888-ATF-TIPS ( 888-283-8477) or email ATFTips@atf.gov or contact ATF at www.atf.gov/contact/atf-tips.
This reward is part of a larger national cooperative initiative between the NSFF and ATF in which NSSF matches ATF rewards in cases involving the theft of firearms from federally licensed retailers. ATF works closely with the members of the firearms industry to curb the criminal acquisition and misuse of firearms.
