Police, FBI search for suspect in Medina County bank robbery

The robbery occurred on June 29.

MEDINA COUNTY, Ohio — EDITOR'S NOTE: The video in the player above is from a previous, unrelated story.

The Cleveland Division of the FBI and the Medina Township Police Department are searching for the suspect in a bank robbery.

The US Bank, located at 3705 Medina Road, was robbed on Tuesday, June 29. Law enforcement officials say a man wearing a yellow safety vest, a blue LA Dodgers hat and a mask went into the bank and indicated a bank robbery. The man had a gun, and the teller complied with his demands. 

Nobody was injured in the robbery.

Anyone with information is urged to contact the Cleveland Division of the FBI at 877-FBI-OHIO. Tips can remain anonymous, and reward money is available for information leading to an arrest and prosecution of the person responsible.
