CLEVELAND — Four people were taken to local hospitals following a large car wreck in Cleveland's Central neighborhood late Wednesday night.
Police say the incident occurred near the intersection of East 55th Street and Woodland Avenue and involved four vehicles in total. One of those cars flipped over and led to a 20-year-old man suffering a head injury. He was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center in serious condition.
Three other people--a 40-year-old man, a 39-year-old woman, and a 32-year-old man--were taken to University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center. However, are are listed as being in stable condition.
It is unknown at this time what caused the crash to occur. The matter is under investigation.
