CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Division of Police is asking for the public's help to locate a missing 11-year-old girl from Cleveland who is believed to have been taken by her mother.
According to a police report, Alayaah Hall was last seen in the 800 block of E. 143rd Street in Cleveland.
Alayaah's father reported her as missing after receiving a call from Alayaah's mother stating that she now has emergency custody over the girl, which her father disputes.
Alayaah is approximately 4'11 weighing 100 lbs. She has dark skin, brown eyes, and dreadlocks in her hair. She was last wearing dark jeans, a blue tee-shirt, and a white hoodie.
Her whereabouts are unknown at this time, however, her mother is known to reside in Columbus.
