Ronald Rhines, a 16-year-old missing teenager was located and returned home on Wednesday night.

The Cleveland Division of Police is asking for help finding a missing 16-year-old boy.
Ronald Rhines was last seen at 3473 West 60th Street in Cleveland.
He is described as a white 16-year-old standing 6-foot-1-inch, weighing 160 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes.
Rhines was last seen wearing a gray t-shirt, black shorts and black shoes, with a silver Schwinn Mountain Bike.
Anyone with information on Rhine's whereabouts is asked to contact Cleveland Police officials at 216-621-1234 or by calling 911.
