CLEVELAND — Two suspects were arrested after a man was stabbed on Saturday, Cleveland police say.
At approximately 7 p.m., officers responded to an area near West 3rd Street and Prospect Avenue for reports of a man who was stabbed. An initial investigation revealed that the victim and two suspects were involved in a verbal altercation at approximately 2 p.m. earlier in the day.
Around 7 p.m., all three encountered each other once again leading to the victim's stabbing. The victim was able to get away from the suspects on foot and was located by officers nearby. The suspects, who are related to each other, were arrested.
The condition of the victim has yet to be released. No further details were made available by Cleveland police. The incident remains under investigation.
