EAST CLEVELAND, Ohio — An 80-year-old man has been reported missing in East Cleveland.
Elbert Arnwine as last seen around 7:30 p.m. on Saturday night when he walked away from his residence on Taylor Avenue and has yet to return. Arnwine suffers from dementia and law enforcement officers are concerned for his safety.
Arnwine is described as a Black male who is 6-foot-4, 217 pounds and has grey hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a grey short sleeve shirt, black shorts and blue tennis shoes.
Anybody who spots this individual is asked to call 911. You can also call Call 911 to be transferred directly to the investigating law enforcement agency or to hear the alert information.
