CLEVELAND — Cleveland officials are asking for the public's help in finding a missing teenager.
14-year-old Gavin Hubbard has been missing since Saturday, July 16, at 5 p.m.
Hubbard was last seen leaving his group home located at 19008 Nottingham Road in Cleveland.
According to caretakers at the group home, Hubbard allegedly sprayed other residents with pepper spray and then left the home and did not return.
Officials are asking anyone with information on his location to call 216-621-1234.
