CLEVELAND — Multiple people were arrested on prostitution-related charges following an investigation of an illegal massage parlor in Tallmadge, police said.
Tallmadge police led a search involving law enforcement from multiple jurisdictions at New Rainbow Spa, located at 290 West Ave. Suite G, on Tuesday.
Qiquan Li and Yuanyuan Wan were each charged with trafficking in persons, compelling prostitution and promoting prostitution, all felony charges.
Two men, whom police did not identify, were each charged with a misdemeanor count of soliciting prostitution.
A trafficking victim was provided resources and was not charged by police.
