MENTOR, Ohio — Although nobody hit the $374 million jackpot in the Mega Millions drawing on Tuesday, Aug. 6, 2024, one very lucky lottery ticket sold in Northeast Ohio just hit a prize worth $1 million.
The Ohio Lottery says the winning ticket was sold at a Speedway in Mentor, hitting the $1 million prize after matching the five white balls. This ticket just missed the jackpot for failing to match the Mega Ball.
In addition to that $1 million winner, the Ohio Lottery says there were thousands of others who hit smaller prizes throughout the state. Here's the full list of prizes that were won in the Tuesday night drawing:

The lucky Mega Millions numbers for the Tuesday night drawing are 23, 29, 36, 61, 70 and Mega Ball 22. The Megaplier option for this drawing is 4x.
The Mega Millions jackpot now climbs to $398 million with a cash option worth $197.9 million. The next drawing will take place at 11 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 9.
Lottery officials say the odds of winning the Mega Millions jackpot are one in 302,575,350.
