CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Division of Police is investigating a shooting that took place at Public Square on Wednesday afternoon.
Authorities say the incident took place near Mr. Hero in the East 1st Street alleyway just south of Euclid Avenue. One person was shot and was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center for treatment, and his condition is unknown at this time.
Officials have indicated the victim and the suspect may know each other, but the victim is "not currently cooperating with the detectives." The department did release photos of the suspect this evening.
