CLEVELAND — Police confirm a body was discovered in the yard of an abandoned house on Cleveland's east side Friday afternoon.
The deceased individual was found within the 3700 block of East 129th Street on the edge of the Corlett neighborhood. The person has not yet been identified, and it is not yet known how they may have died.
The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner will conduct an autopsy as an investigation continues.
