CLEVELAND — Although nobody won the $163.4 million Powerball jackpot in the latest drawing on Monday, Sept. 16, 2024, the Ohio Lottery says there were plenty of other prizes hit throughout the state.

- $500 prize: 20 winners
- $100 prize: 41 winners
- $35 prize: 501 winners
- $20 prize: 3,325 winners
- $7 prize: 856 winners
- $4 prize: 6,045 winners
Powerball lottery officials say a winning ticket worth $2 million was sold in Texas, while there were also $1 million winners in Arkansas and Virginia.
The lucky numbers from the Monday night drawing were 8, 9, 11, 27, 31 and Powerball 17. The Power Play option was 5x.
The jackpot now climbs to $176 million for the next Powerball drawing, which is set for Wednesday, Sept. 18, at 10:59 p.m. That prize has a cash option worth $89.4 million.
Powerball lottery officials say the odds of hitting the jackpot are one in 292,201,338, which is slightly better than the Mega Millions odds of one in 302,575,350. The odds of hitting a $1 million winning ticket in Powerball, meanwhile, are one in 11,688,053.52.
Northeast Ohio had a big Powerball winner last year as one lucky ticket sold at a GetGo in Macedonia hit the jackpot worth $252.6 million during the April 19 drawing.
